Returns are available worldwide within 30 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered
In original packaging (if applicable), including any accessories or inserts
With proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number)
Submit a return request through the store’s support or order page. If approved, you will receive the return address and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
If you are returning due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is wrong, damaged, or defective on arrival, return shipping will be covered or an alternative solution may be provided where available.
We recommend using a tracked service. Returns lost in transit may not qualify for a refund.
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
